‘O (Omicron)’ by artists Romain Tardy and Thomas Vaquié with visual label antiVJ is a dazzling display of building interior video mapping created for centennial hall in Wroclaw, Poland, built in 1913 by architect Max Berg. The large-scale and site-specific lighting installation is comprised of several segments of luminous projections upon the colossal concave space of the structure.
Through these movements the Bristol, UK-based directorial team, consisting of Romain Tardy and Thomas Vaquié, has illuminated the shapes and details particular to the interior of this UNESCO World Heritage Site’s massive dome.
